5 Brothers Cheese
This is a hand crafted washed rind cow's milk cheese that combines traits from Gouda and another Swiss variety called Appenzeller. All of the milk used comes from our family dairy farm. It pairs well with white wines such as Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc and also Pilsner beers.
Classic:
Delicately aged on cedar wood planks adding robust flavours to the cheese. It has creamy and rich flavours with sweeter overtones and distinctive eyes throughout the body of the cheese.
Smoked:
After one year of aging it is naturally smoked with maple and apple wood. It is creamy with sweeter overtones and has a rich smoky flavour throughout.
