Eby Manor Golden Guernsey milk and cream is produced on a local family farm that was purchased by Jim’s father Howard, in 1959. In the early 60s, Howard switched the herd from Holsteins to Guernseys. The farm is just north of Waterloo home to 60 registered milking Guernsey cows.
