About Alliston Creamery

The Alliston Creamery is a small, family-owned business, located in Alliston, Ontario, approximately one hour north of Toronto. It is the last independent creamery in Ontario.

Their butter (Golden Dawn) is made in small batches using barrel churns, and has consistently been recognized for its taste and quality. Alliston creamery also manufactures a large selection of specialty butters under private labels and co-packing. 

The Kennedy family has owned and operated the Creamery since 1968. There have been many changes to the dairy industry over the past 50+ years, and the family continues to meet the challenges and welcome new ideas to enhance their business.
