Dark side of the moo

Soaked for four days in Dark Side Chocolate Stout, from Woodstock's Upper Thames Brewery and then continues to age for four months, this is a mild, creamy cheese with buttery flavours. All of the milk used comes from the Gunn's Hill family farm.
